1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products or items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
